Back and front, with pockets

Slow and steady may win races, but it hasn't produced many interesting pictures for this blog lately.
Here's the linen stitch pull over, with some pockets. I like it, not sure about the pockets yet.

I really need to get Soryu finished so I can start on the Gotland. I look at other people's blogs and they are doing all this lovely, lovely very fine gauge spinning in gray and I want to too . . .

  1. Wow! That is really pretty. I wanted to make a sweater out of IK's Fall 07 that had linen stitch, but never got around to it. I can't believe how quick you knit!!

  2. According to my family, I knit at an unhealthy level. :) Linen stitch in this yarn is resulting in an almost chenile-like fabric, it's really nice, but it's slow to do, since each row is really only half a row, so you're having to knit slightly less than twice as many rows per inch. But I really like it, I think it would be cool on some variegated yarn ... maybe all that sock yarn I dyed this spring?
